The Schaumburg Park District, with the help of local businesses, organizations and individuals, has developed Ken Alley Safety Park in order to teach safety awareness to residents of all ages.

Classes are taught with the aid of the Schaumburg Fire Department, the Schaumburg Police Department, State Farm Insurance Company, Union Pacific Railroad, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and Commonwealth Edison.

Special Group Tours

Ken Alley Safety Park Tours are available mid-April through mid-October. Organize your play group, Scout group, church group and family and friends! We offer a variety of safety programs for ages 3-7 including: pedestrian, bicycle, playground and fire safety. Programs are offered at $36 per group of 5-15 children, and $2 per person for groups of more than 15 children. Safety Park group size maximum is 20 children. Trackless train ride available for an additional fee.

Birthday Parties at Safety Park

Join us at Ken Alley Safety Park for three uniquely themed birthday parties! We will supply a safety lesson, games, food, beverages and cake. All paper products are included.
